Spontaneity, environmental awareness and the primeval nature of the materials are central themes explored in this collection, which focuses on the power of the medium to dictate the final form these functional works of art take. It consists of 10 one-of-a-kind objects that are cut from a single piece of 10″-thick stone. Perfectly polished marble surface on one side is juxtaposed with the natural rough surface on the opposite side of each object, reminiscent of the mountains that the stone came from.
