Originally conceived as a private commission, Isac Elam Kaid redesigned the O819/gypsum chair in an unflled silver travertine. The balance and simplicity of design, paired with an enduring choice of stone create a piece that I believe to be monolithic and timeless. The second edition of this chair includes a steel skeletal support, encased in travertine stone. Each chair is handcrafted by Italian artisans. Variations in color and finishes are available upon request.
