PANORAMMMA is a Mexico City–based design studio led by Maika Palazuelos, operating at the intersection of art, design, and everyday life. The studio interrogates contemporary experience, exploring the alienation of daily routines, the formal language of the concrete, and the space abstraction occupies within social contexts. Its work weaves personal memory, past visions of the future, and poetic imagination into new visual narratives that challenge conventional domesticity.

Rejecting the notion of objects as passive museum pieces, PANORAMMMA creates designs to be lived with, touched, and activated. Each piece engages the user in performative interaction—sitting, touching, sleeping, eating, or turning—transforming ordinary acts into encounters with form and meaning. Objects become actors within domestic spaces, generating scenarios where fantasy spills into reality and mundane routines are reframed through artistic dialogue.

Founded during the period of confinement, PANORAMMMA began as an extension of Palazuelos’ personal practice, evolving into a platform for experimental design. Through expressive objects that function as “Trojan horses” for artistic discourse, the studio transforms homes into immersive stages, where objects and inhabitants co-create narratives of intimacy, reflection, and imaginative possibility.
