Galerie Philia is proud to present the exhibition titled “Renaissance” at this year’s Venice Art Biennale. The show features the unique pieces of Studio 2046 in the newly restored palazzina San Trovaso in the heart of Venice.
Each room in this four-story building showcases an individual piece of the new Capsule Renaissance collection signed by Daniele Daminelli, a rising star of limited edition Italian design-sculpture, selected among the 100 designers of the moment in the list of European AD100 list.
The collection goes beyond the marriage of the East and West and creates a journey that draws on different cultures and leads to hybrid furnishings. The aesthetics of the pieces bring together minimalism similar to Carl Andre’s with refined wood essences of high antiques.
