HEMISFERIO is a table lamp composed of a sand-cast bronze base and a hand-carved volcanic stone top. The piece contains an LED light source inside the top, which reflects off the inside of the bronze base to emit indirect ambient light. The lamp contains a pivot point that opens and closes the sphere. It is an abstraction of Ecuador as the middle of the world, representing the equatorial line. It proposes to maintain a view towards the South, the northern hemisphere in stone, and our southern hemisphere in bronze.
All our lamps can be wired according to each country. If sold to the USA it will be wired for the USA for instance. Please contact us.
