Serena Mignatti

Serena Mignatti is an Italian architect educated at the Università Iuav di Venezia, where she studied under Bernardo Secchi and Franco Purini. Born in Bologna and “stateless by vocation,” she has developed her practice across different cities and cultural contexts, beginning her career in Rome before joining the studio of Massimiliano Fuksas as artistic director.

Her work explores the relationship between materiality, memory, and contemporary forms of reuse through a circular architectural approach attentive to context and transformation. Mignatti currently designs luxury residential and cultural projects across Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States, and the Middle East. Recent work includes the new headquarters of the Associazione della Stampa Estera in Italia at Palazzo Grazioli in Rome, as well as the research centre, tasting area, and biopark for Finagricola’s Fattoria Così Com’è project.

Holloway Li is a London-based interior architecture and design studio founded by creative duo Alex Holloway and Na Li. In addition to their interior architecture practice, Holloway Li launched their first furniture collection in collaboration with Uma. The studio continues to expand internationally, with upcoming projects including a large-scale modular apartment hotel in Canary Wharf as well as new hospitality developments across China, Tokyo, New York, and London.

Lauren Geremia is the principal designer of Geremia Design, an AD100 multi-disciplinary studio focused on interior design and art consulting. Lauren’s innovative design vision comes from a background in fine art and an appreciation for hand-crafted sensibilities. After studying painting at the Rhode Island School of Design, Lauren established her business creating sleek and imaginative headquarters for a host of tech-industry power players before pausing to educate herself more deeply in furniture and residential architecture.

Inspired by historical references in design and pattern, Lauren embraces color at every turn. She traditionally begins her process by selecting art and hand-mixing her own paint colors to develop the groundwork for each project palette. Intrigued by the juxtaposition of old and new, novel and familiar, subtle and dramatic, she leads her team in creating spaces with an unexpected alchemy. Creativity is central to everything we do.
