Arthur Bitsch is a French artist and designer based in Strasbourg. Trained in both design and visual arts, he develops a multidisciplinary practice spanning collectible design, sculpture, scenography, and artistic direction. Through his studio, he creates works that challenge conventional typologies, exploring the intersection of function, symbolism, and narrative.
Rooted in research and experimentation, Bitsch’s work draws from mythology, ritual, architecture, and cultural memory. Combining handcrafted processes with contemporary production techniques, he creates objects that oscillate between the familiar and the unexpected. Characterized by strong sculptural forms and a conceptual approach to materiality, his practice investigates how objects can become vessels for stories, emotions, and collective references.
