Mary Verspoor is a Bali-based designer of Indonesian-Dutch heritage whose work centers on sculptural furniture and carved wooden objects inspired by nature. Working closely with her in-house team of craftsmen, she combines traditional carving techniques with a contemporary design sensibility.

Using reclaimed teak and responsibly sourced tropical hardwoods, her practice focuses on preserving the organic qualities of the material while embracing principles of sustainability and slow furniture making. Produced entirely in-house, her work reflects a careful dialogue between craftsmanship, material integrity, and environmental responsibility.
