Marie Lise Féry is a Paris born designer and founder of Magic Circus Éditions, whose work explores light as a poetic and architectural medium. After studying art trading, she lived in New York, where the city’s architecture, rhythm, and luminous atmosphere profoundly shaped her artistic vision. Returning to France, she established an art gallery dedicated to an eclectic dialogue between historical and contemporary design, cultivating a refined understanding of objects, craftsmanship, and cultural memory. This curatorial experience became the foundation of her distinctive creative language, where design is understood as both a vessel of memory and a form of storytelling.

Founded in 2015, Magic Circus Éditions embodies Féry’s singular approach to collectible lighting, reinterpreting the decorative vocabularies of the 1920s, 1930s, and 1970s through a contemporary lens. Distinguished by exceptional craftsmanship, each creation combines finely worked brass, mouth blown European glass, and meticulously finished wood to produce luminous sculptures of remarkable elegance and character.
