Taras Yoom is an award-winning multidisciplinary artist based in Bangkok whose practice merges art, design, and scientific inquiry. Originally trained in medicine, his early hospital experience shaped a lasting fascination with biology, nature, and the human condition. This scientific foundation informs his expansive Yoomoota universe, an immersive body of work combining organic structures with psychological landscapes to create a parallel realm reflecting both body and mind.

Working across sculpture, collectible design, furniture, and painting, Yoom approaches art as a form of investigation, inspired by the interdisciplinary spirit of Leonardo da Vinci.
