Josefina Muñoz is an Argentine designer and artist based in the Loire Valley, France, whose collectible furniture and objects explore the relationship between texture, form, and material. Educated in product design at ESAD Barcelona before completing a master’s in Design for Luxury & Craftsmanship at ECAL Lausanne, she has developed a distinctive practice that combines sculptural expression with refined craftsmanship. Her work is characterized by tactile surfaces, restrained forms, and a meticulous attention to detail, creating pieces that evoke both emotion and permanence.

Working closely with skilled artisans while producing many pieces within her own studio, Muñoz creates collectible designs that celebrate the dialogue between contemporary design and traditional craftsmanship. Recognized with the Art & Design Indosuez Award and shortlisted for the Swiss Design Awards, her work reflects a thoughtful balance of material experimentation, artisanal excellence, and timeless elegance.
