Philippine-born designer Kenneth Cobonpue is internationally acclaimed for blending modern form with indigenous craft techniques. Educated in industrial design at Pratt Institute in New York, and further trained in Europe, he returned home to Cebu to work with native materials such as rattan, bamboo, and abaca.
