Elisa Uberti is a French ceramic artist and designer whose practice explores the relationship between sculpture, light, and material through handcrafted stoneware objects. After more than fifteen years in the fashion industry, she turned to ceramics in search of a more tactile and intuitive creative language. Working from her studio in Roubaix, Uberti creates collectible lighting, furniture, and sculptural pieces distinguished by soft, organic forms that blur the boundaries between art and design.
Guided by a fascination with ancient craft traditions, habitat, and utopian architecture, Uberti hand-builds each work in stoneware, embracing the expressive qualities of the material and the rhythms of the making process. Through refined silhouettes, tactile surfaces, and a quiet sculptural presence, her work celebrates material honesty, artisanal craftsmanship, and the enduring dialogue between functional objects and contemporary art.
